OUR PIZZA
It is all about the dough at New Yorkese. Our team is dedicated to using the highest quality of artisan ingredients to make the best dough for our pizza. We have a very unique blend of freshly milled organic spelt, rye and bread flours that slowly mature for 72 hours in order to achieve a crust that has a chew similar to the pizzas in Naples, Italy as well as the crisp crusty edges like a New York style pizza.
